Brighton & The Neighbourhood of Kemptown



Royal Crescent apartment is situated in the fashionable and highly desirable part of Kemptown Village. Just behind the crescent is the wonderful St George's Road packed with independent shops.  These include coffee shops,  a traditional butchers, a local deli,  a traditional grocers and a wonderful French patisserie and bakery.  There is also a host of antique shops and flea markets selling all sorts of wonderful vintage finds.



Within a ten minute walk into Brighton you'll find lots to explore.  Highlights include the Brighton Pavilion, the famous Brighton Lanes,  Theatre Royal and the Palace Pier.  If you do wish to venture further afield, we are less than a mile from the main bus interchange area, and the station is a short cab ride away.

 

Brighton is full of wonderful restaurants and pavement cafes, you will be spoilt for choice! Once you have visited this vibrant city, you'll want to come again and again!



There is no private parking space at the property but permits are available for £10.00/day for 'Parking Zone C'. You need one permit per car, per day.

By air:  Gatwick international airport is half an hour by road and rail from Brighton.  The M23 connects Gatwick to Brighton and the London - and the Brighton rail link passes through Gatwick train station.

Heathrow international airport is on the M25 which connects with the M23 at junction 7.  There is a direct coach link to Gatwick or you can take the underground (Picadilly line) to London Victoria and catch a direct train to Brighton.

By road:  From London: the M25/23 link provides road access from London and the rest of the country.  From east and west: the main A27 and the A259 coast road connect Brighton to citys west and east.

National Express coaches depart for Brighton from London Victoria coach station frequently.

By train:  From london, a fast Southeast train takes roughly 50min from London Victoria or 1hr 05min from London Bridge with Capital Connect. Both trains go via Clapham Junction and East Croydon.
